No3 is County Down

A good mnemonic to remember the six counties is,

FATLAD

Fermanagh
Antrim
Tyrone
Londonderry
Armagh
Down

It must be also said that the people who support the Republic of Ireland refer to Londonderry as Derry and never call this area Northern Ireland, to them it is the six counties.

Hi pastille,

I see you mentioned Tate & Lyle, Sir Henry Tate was born just up the way from me and he was a very good man by all accounts who gave large amounts of his fortune to some very good causes.

Somebody else asking the same quiz that does not finish until the end of January. Again no mention of the name of the quiz (funny how those asking far too early virtually always avoid mentioning the name of the quiz). You also can use those three months to Google the answers yourself rather than being lazy by asking to be spoonfed the answers now?
