thanks been back a page and found Terry's poststill do not know why 22D is Legion it fits vast number but where is the majority shareholder bit?

LION is the majority shareholder (Lion's share and all that)
Say is EG (example given and all that)
Put LION round EG gives LEGION

A majority shareholder is not a "lion" in the sense of stocks and shares - even in Spain you must have heard (for example) a football commentator say "Chelsea had the lion's share of the ball" or someone at the dinner table had "the lion's share of the meal"
