The last one is TURPITUDE. RUT backwards, depression is PIT and anagram of DUE

This means I've got some more letters for the last clue:

13d. Mistakenly reissuing second in series as a one-off (3,7)
-U-/G-N-R-S

In the second word, I'm sure about the G and S but not so sure about the other letters.
Can anyone help?

SUI GENERIS It's an anagram

Sui Generis (or something v similar!) It looks like an anagram of reiisuing.
