I'm new here and not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but it's driving me crazy! It's probably something really simple that I'll go "Ahhhhhh" afterwards, but this (very easy) puzzle's theme is completely eluding me. I'm not that great at solving the hard puzzles, but like to do these little "dailies" and usually get a small kick out of funny themes.

The theme is "Dude, Where's my car?"

The four answers to what usually makes up the theme are:

Daily output from a huge dairy?: TON OF MILK

Underground place to meet your friends?: PAL TUNNEL

Fraternity for students with barely passing grades?: HOUSE OF Ds

Volkswagen dealer's faithful companion?: PET BEETLE

And I am just NOT seeing the theme here...lol. So thank you to anyone who can decipher it :)

Thank you so much it was driving me nuts. I think the Volkwagen/Pet Beetle thing threw me off, because then I kept trying to tie different *models* of cars into the theme.

Gah!!....lol
