I really struggled too. I'm not sure that I've got it right in all areas and I've had to use solvers etc. I couldn't find the word for 7d) at all without chasing all over the internet!!

yes I've got that: shout (call out) with (jUsT) occasionally! But we have "lock ins" over here (IOM) not "shut outs".
