2 is about = C (as in circa) inside (to occupy)a = a, post = send, Soldier = ant.

1. Supporting bar, I built up energy with new drug. IbuproPen maybe?
can't really see this but supporting/pro, bar/pub, i/i , E, N.?
pick the bones out of that.

2. Rising - Ascendant
about = Circa - C
to occupy
a post - a Send
with soldier - soldier Ant.

1. 'Supporting' indicates a reversal. Ibuprofe is E (energy), for pub (bar) I, followed by new = n.

Don't want to seem pedantic, but supporting bar = "for pub" + I. Up is the indicator of reversal. + n e

Bell was the nom de plume of the Bronte sisters, "a bell" ins. mire.
