1st letter of 15a is 2nd letter of 12d.
7th letter of 15a is 3rd letter of 10d.

Action

Edible only has 6 letters, Chips!

The last one looks like FAILED

15 could be aliment if you have a letter wrong?

Thank you bullfrog, chips, rusty and others. ALIMENT looks okay. I think there is an error in the crossword itself. The third letter is definitely L as 8d. The largest city and financial centre of Israel (3,5) should be TEL AVIV and hence 3rd letter L in 12a is correct.
