Storage would fit but I can't see why. Anyone got a better idea?
Thanks.

Okay, I've answered my own question. I've been puzzling over this and suddenly see that the answer is STOWAGE.

Hi Pastille
I'm neither boasting nor complaining, just stating a fact.
What does "Dot Dash Dot Dash" mean?

Hi Aurion,

Forgive me for intruding but with Pastille''s anticipated permish I'll answer on her behalf.

The comment was addressed to DDDD (Dot Dash Dot Dash) - she was certainly not suggesting it was you who were boasting or complaining.

Someone else may know where DDDD gets his/her "handle" from, but I don't. We had a member a while ago whose "handle" was simply . (i.e. Just a full stop!)

Enjoy your day.

Dot dash, dot dash is the name of a song by a band called Wire.

The chorus goes, : Dot dash (x6), Dip flash (x6), Don't crash (x6).

Over to DDDD for the real story.

Well, that was an education! The rest of the lyrics seem to be "don't crash" .. which is sound advice. Not really the kind of music I enjoy and I'm still none the wiser as to what "Dot Dash Dot Dash" might signify. I even looked up the Morse Code but it wasn't there.

Anyway, thank to all who've tried to enlighten me.
