MOB for the mafia,and ONE for individual. Together these make up the anagram. Hope that this useful.

looks like clue should read I help not helped.
mob=mafia, I help anag + one

its one of then ones where you can guess it if yo have al the other letters and then work out what the clue means, seems a bit contrived , never mind finished now, thanks for your help one and all
