Suesan, Jenny Wren occurred to me too, but I'm not sure that she was a real person. Given the wording of the question, Edith Piaf aka The Little Sparrow, sounds a better bet.

Just a thought, for No. 26, Jenny Wren as far as I can determine was not a real person, a wren is not really a garden bird but Edith Piaf was known as the Little Sparrow.

Ive had the tippex out this afternoon and changed mine to Edith Piaf - a much better answer by far
And you are very right I can't find a reference to Jenny Wren being a real person
