Is anyone else finding the forum slow to load up tonight? Seems to be taking ages for a question or comment to come up, after clicking on it.

Sallyw. It's not the forum, it's me that is slow to load up tonight. Can you explain the 'folksong' answer to 1ac in the Times 24933? 'A number of people -13-appearing around noon' . My last one, 'folksong' is the only word, but why?

I took it to mean a number (song) of people (folk) around (swap song and folk around), but not too sure how the whole clue works. I had to post on here, as I couldn't figure it out. Maybe someone else has a better explanation.
