16) is probably "RICHARD III" (all have surname = RICHARD or RICHARDS).

19) There is a film called "The Third Man" though this may be a bit too general an answer as all the men listed are musicians.

19) might also be either "The Pianist" or "The Piano Player" .. as Clayderman is known for his keyboard skills whereas the other musicians are primarily known for violin, guitar and flute.
