I'm wondering if it may be an anagram of AMBLER LIABLE OF as that's 14 letters.

Also, if it isn't, should't it be "Ambler liable to"... as that's more grammatically correct (I think!!)

Presumably the "bolognese" was to indicate it was an Italian.

Just a question for Sudokulover:I've just tried UAS,but it doesn't produce the solution even when I limit the answers to Italian,2 words,6-8 letters,so what am I doing wrong?I suspected the anagram for a mathematician from Tony's 1st three words,but would never have got there as a layman!

I have to go uot now s in case Sudokulover doesn't reply, I'll tell you that all I did was to insert the first three words
