Yes I think Karl is correct with AERONAUT but I am stuck on
18d
and 25d.
For 18d I have -O-T-E
For 25d I have S-I-
Have you managed these two or are my known letters wrong.

18d Jostle. Je(French for I) around anagram of lost.
25d Said. Aids with last letter moving to front.

Just would be good if next time everyone typed out the full clue so everyone can answer & not just the people who buy that one paper. Mtia :-) Come on here to help & to challenge brain when finished any of own puzzles. When put a post on here to ask a Q always write the full clue down- so it is open to all. Cheers, Simon

This issue of people not bothering to post the actual clue,no of letters,etc.has been raised several times in the past. Even if I have the appropriate paper and know the answer I don't reply. If they can't be bothered to ask in a sensible way,why should I bother to help them.
