I like ravensglass, I was thinking of Oxford for 11, What do you think?

I think the spelling is Ravenglass.
Can't get Otterburn out of my head rather than Oxford,but not at all sure.

TJ this was posted before, and I thought Otterburn because I think the word stream is in the clue and a burn is a stream.

I did not see that you had posted Otterburn previously,but this confirms that I think it is very likely the right answer.
