Hi.

Spin doctor will occasionally move stealthily = prowl. The WL comes from WILL which leaves PRO. Spin doctor = pro???

What's top in a new bit of cereal = awn. I'm sure I've seen this before and that it has something to do with LAWN. Not seeing the whole picture though.

Awn is the bristle of barley, oats, grass etc.
