Hi again Em.

I'm a bit of a loss for ideas on this one as an amoeba (adjective 'amebic' - might this fit?) is a microscopic one-celled protozoan.

Only if you want, is it possible to have the clue and letters for 13 across?

Hi,No 13 across is(what 8 across and 22across)was considered to be (i.e Pinkie Brown in Brighton) Rock,i.e receiptor?
6across is Graham( as in Greene) hence the (m)
10 across a fold of cloth pressed or stiched in place..(pleat)hence the (e)
