One last one that has really got me stumped.

Not completely sure of the 'f' or even the 'o' to be honest - although more sure of the o

(26a was Cancelling out / When lying in flu is terrible, cancelling any positive effect for which I had ??l?i?y?n? - came up with falsifying from the solver although that answer does not entirely look right to me in terms of the clue)

Any pointers?

26a. nullifying (anagram).

17d must be......parlando.

Thanks for that - my brain is obviously not working today - I don't know why I couldn't think of nullifying and I definitely would not have got the other.
