Hello to all in cyberland!! What has happened to all of the enquiries with regards to the Saturday DT 26,600 crossword. Is everyone becoming cleverer or is it just me being paranoid?? Anyway I am stuck on 1across,9across,10across,7down and 16down. Is there anyone out there that can help.

There will be lots of people who can help you but far fewer if you do not give the clue, number of letters and any letters which you already know to be right.

OK Here we go:-
1across "Showing surprise on the square perhaps, deny a lie that's false" (7,2,6).

9across "Having domain unsettled, getting about" (7). N-m-d-c. (Why Nomadic??)

10across "Foolish chap bagging a wooly jumper" (7). W-l-a-y. (Why Wallaby?).

19down "Person is standing up on seat" (7).
M-n-a-n.

You can't even get the clues right!!!!

A quick Google search shows that the correct clue is "Foolish chap bagging a black jumper"
