Obviously it's Eroica, but why? The Eroica's not the Fourth (it's Beethoven's third) but that seems a bit tenuous for a definition.

Also, 17ac: "Rejection of contract limits part of kingdom" (6)
I have D?N?A? - looks like denial, but why?
