I am very near to finishing last week's jumbo cryptic, only a few more to go.

Matter to consider for earl abroad ; ??U?T

I thought maybe COUNT but I can't see how the wordplay works.

Bill rejected by girl, one from African capital ; ??I?E?E

Get rid of black money that's received in this way ; ?E???S?N

I thought this could be JETTISON, but I can't see how it fits in entirely.

Stand for the queen, standing up here ;
R?????E?T

Large trade fair's power cut by half ; E???

Sheep tucks into food for pigs? It could be a life saver (3,4); M?? ?E??

Many thanks for any help received.

Another definition of the jettison answer is jet (black) tin (money) and so (just so - this way) I'm not sure which one would be the closest.
