Well,

However I am not sure where the "Fast" bit fits in. Unless the answer could be OCEAN RACING perhaps.

I suspect that 32) is GREYHOUND RACING.

LOO would be good too if I could see the connection between "RABBIT" and "L".

A rabbit at sport is a novice which in crosswords often equates to" L ". I would have put my shirt on LOO until I read your GREYHOUND RACING.
Both seem to be good answers. Yet another example of ambiguousness in the clues. God I hate setters.
