Hi, really stuck on 2 clues....

28A. Did Ireland Inc losten to this too closely ? (4,2,4).....

24 D. As this one goes down to work! (5)

Is 24 dn 5 or 6 letters? If 6 it could be digger.

28 A is killing me !!!!!!!!

There is a German word - losten with an umlaut over the o, which apparently means severance, don't know if that is any help - it doesn't fit as well as listen in the clue.

Answer was suggusted as 'nice advice' Seems to have been mistake with amount of letters in the answer.

Could be an anagram of Ireland inc, maybe.
