Carry On Nurse's middle bit has Cyclops arse over tip, in a spin (6) r-m-i-.
All I can see is 'remain' but am not sure why. The setter of this crossword is Cyclops - which often leads to 'me' or 'I'.

carry on = remain
made from - Nurses middle bit (r)
Cyclops (me) arse over = em
in a spin = ain

Nu(r)se, Cyclops/setter=me backwards, and anag of "in a"?
