I\'m struggling with 1ac \'Circle having 600 debts ?\' I think it is vicious .vi being six and iou\'s. Cant see were vicious links with circle. Excuse my ignorance and thanks for your help.
hi Tony, you are right, it is VICIOUS, from the phrase "vicious circle" relating to a chain of unfortunate events that you can't get out of - story of my life really!!
