Thanks Joker and JimC, i wasnt 100% on them, but theyre in now!

In City (EC - I think that is a postcode in the City of London meaning East Central), old English (O,E), chap (simon) goes over budget (9)

finish with - as in a lover (drop).
lemon/acid drop etc
