Hi folks.

"After it's tidied, can new husband relax in it?" = sitting room.

And 2 wee clues needing an answer and explanation:

"Woman's Hour had unfortunate ending (3)" = H-R.

"Leading aircraftman's protective coat (3)" = L-C.

Many thanks

Hi pookshaib,

"After it's tidied, can new husband relax in it?" = sitting room.
Anagram of 'it's' + tin (can) + groom

"Woman's Hour had unfortunate ending (3)" = H-R.
HER -- HR (short for hour) with 'e' (last letter of unfortunate)inside.

"Leading aircraftman's protective coat (3)" = L-C.
LAC -- Acronym for Leading Aircraftman and also a resinous substance used as a varnish.
