Is it just me or are some of the setters at the daily mail losing the plot a bit and getting ideas above there station.. iam just a ordinary bloke who loves getting stuck into a crossword for a while to take my mind off things.. the Suns too easy while the times/telegraph is too taxing and time consuming for me.. the mail should i think sit in the middle ground.. some of the clues lately have been very vague.. to the point where its just becoming frustrating.. is it just me or has anyone else noticed this..

You need to tell us how many words/letters there are, particularly with such along winded clue. Also, of course, any letters you already have.

Bullfrog

Yes, LOL, I first came across this on the Man City website, Bluemoon, and thought it was a call-sign. Us oldies struggle to keep up with jargon don't we. Our street cred is defo threatened.

Babylon to you bruv.

Mickey,

Several people have commented to me the DM Clues are getting a bit slapdash...

Having said that.... unlike today the last 3 have been painfully simple...apparently... (me just web bloke... not solver)

However have a look at www.documentsforyou.co.uk

Bullfrog will whinge again ...... but there u go
