I think 38 might be Flame, which is a rude e-mail message. Spanish dance is flamenco, minus the NCO

96. About suggests anagram and you need to think of who was responsible for getting pictures to our tv screens.

16. Think of a Royal governess from a well known film. Follow the rest of the question and end with the letter that suggests King.
