You're on the right lines TJ - first one relates to the Tic and is in Chambers, second one is a Gers name not in Chambers.

I think the second one is McCoist. Can't quite parse it. Ally McCoist is Walter Smith's "second". Celtic sides = cc, within mist, being drizzle. Not sure what "eleven" has got to do with things.

McCoist it is .... never come across it in "real" clues but (according to Chambers) "O" is eleven in Medieval Roman Numerals
