I don't do this kind of stuff but a friend has asked for help.
Laugh very loudly at him (6,7)
The wetland is read about (4,7)
It's only a short way to Yorkshire (4,7)
I've never heard of film stars named guffaw or swamp so I need some assistance here!

The wetland could be BOG. Anagram of read is ARDE

thanks folks, but as you say none of it quite works. Maybe they are just rubbish clues as I don't know where this came from originally. More suggestions gratefully received as I told my pal I knew just the place to get the answers! Pride goes etc.
