I think you're missing the key point. If you are doing a cash prize quiz but the answers are beyond you, go to plan B. Get somebody else to give you the answers. Job done.

They probably genuinely believe that they have managed to finish the quiz themself so keeping the money will not be a problem. But all they have really achieved is to turn a quiz into a lottery.
