I have located the 3 blocks of contiguous cells and solved the unclued light.

If I understand the logic then the empty cells should be filled from elsewhere in the grid.

Can anyone explain how the grid should be completed for submission and the relevance of the title of the puzzle?

If you have the 'barrier' (22a) then you should de PICT the South of three clans and relocate them in the North.
Even after removing & relocating the names,
real words found in Chambers will result.
