Yesterday's crossword, 3 dn. With both hands clean, dine out in part of London (5,5)
Solution: Earls Court

Apart from the obvious, can someone explain the rest of the wordplay please? Thank you.

both hands = L + R, clean = scour, dine (out) = eat (written around the rest).
