john d or J please could you tell me how you arrived at the answers - are they anagrams ?

Megan the anabolic one is an anagram(abroad) + id
the 2nd one is an anagram of meant replacing c in instruction.
you left the word meant out of your post

tonyw - thanks for explanation I was sure they were anagrams but couldn't see them today don't usually have much problems with anagrams.
Have finished now so can put my feet up so to speak !!
