I figure end of bed gives you the 'd', gin cocktail gives you 'ing', exercise is 'PE' and study in 'den'. Phew

Gaga(A gag backwards) bananas, nuts, crackers and Gaga all mean mad.
bit of overkill there i think.
Australian joke about nuts.(for instance)works better for me.
