What sort of quiz is it? Does it have a theme?
Can you give an example of a question and answer.
These may help someone to assist you here.

The quiz is hosted on a website about cloth nappies. (http://www.cottonbottom.com.au/). It is part of a much bigger scavenger hunt.

The first question in this hunt was.
Initially, to win our challenge only seekers must investigate covers.
The answer was Harry Potter.

Sorry but I cannot assist you. I know nothing about Harry Potter, never having read any of the books, and even less about nappies.
One outlandish idea is an anagram of eggs ie segg which among other meanings is hard skin.
Perhaps their real nappies dispense with calluses on babies'bottoms.

Really sorry - don't have a clue ! Has me stumped too. The Joker was asking you to give an example of a typical previous question so that prospective helpers could work out how the question setter's mind works.
I could never have got the answer "Harry Potter" from the question example you have given. Australian website. Usually the word "scrambled" in a clue would indicate an anagram but we don't know how many letters. All I know is that a baby on scrambled eggs wouldn't have a very pleasant nappy either cotton or disposable. Don't given up though.
