I have just learnt that an ide is a fish.
Should we eat them on the 15th of next month:)

The Ide (or Orfe) is a member of the Carp family.
Here is the best recipe:-

Clean the fish, tie lightly to a wooden board.
Bake at mark 4 for twenty minutes.
Throw away the fish and eat the board.
