I've finished but am unsure of a few:
28a Play in concert deferring intro R?M? I have put romp - from T(romp) - can tromp mean a concert?
31d Conductor for audience is sent up G?Y?D I've put guyed?
Any help/explanations please?

I agree slightly different thought. Romp is Prom with leading letter deferred

"Audience" in this case means "sounds like". GUYED sounds like GUIDE (conductor).

It is Prom with the first letter placed last. Romp.
