51. Tottenham's John White, although not a striker, was struck by lightning whilst sheltering under a tree on a golf course in 1964.

55 What passed from Denise to louis?

maybe the letter "E"
Denise (mainly sung as "Denise Denise")was a hit in 1963 for Randy & the Rainbows.
Later Blondie changed the title to Denis.
Louie Louie was a hit (also in 1963) for The Kingsman.
Just a thought...

...and yes - if that is the corrct answer I will eat my computer.

The "likely lady" might be Thelma. There is a rose by this name and Thelma was the lead female in The Likely Lads, a TV sit-com which began in the sixties.

No. 55 What passed from Denise to Louis?

The answer is a heart. Louis Washkawsky was the first heart transplant patient operated on by Christian Barnard on the 3rd December 1967 in South Africa and the heart came from Denise Darvall who died in a car accident.

Regards,
