This crossword is a mixture of very straightforward non-cyrptic clues and fairly simple cryptic ones. I'm not sure if this clue is cryptic or not! The clue is "Variety of peas or turnips for the flower arranger" --s-s
Any suggestions?

Hi Janey.

"Oasis" is a foam product used by flower arrangers.

Might be oasis - the foamy stuff used by flower arrangers. I know there is a variety of pea called oasis - not sure about turnips though.

Thank you Jim and Julie. I've just checked and there is a variety of pea called oasis, and a turnip called oasis too.
