Terry, I'm sorry, but as a relative newcomer to this site, I was not aware that there were any such restrictions. I assumed, perhaps naively, that it was up to each individual to decide whether or not to respond to a request for assistance. Maybe you would be kind enough to point me towards where the guidelines/directions are set out,though preferably without resorting to the sort of gratuitously insulting language you saw fit to employ in your earlier posting.
