ETERNAL MOVIE KISSES is an anagram of the surnames of three actors who played the same character in a well known film. Which character?

P.S Are they actors who played the character as a child, in middle age and old age?

Been puzzling over this - trying to think of films where the same character has been played at different ages ...

was thinking of Voldemort/Tom Riddle in Harry Potter
or Simba in Lion King ...

Its bugging me as well. I've tried taking Reeve out (for Superman) or Kilmer (for Batman) but Idon't know who played the younger versions.

IMDb Internet Movie Database usually gives full cast and crew details, if you have the time to check through all your ideas.

Also thought the V seemed the easiest option for guessing names.

Aaron Smolinski, Jeff East and Christopher Reeve are the 3 actors who played Superman in the 1978 movie. In order as, the baby Clark Kent, young Clark Kent and Superman.
