18d - the substance is "hawked" - thought I understood all the wordplay but seem to have lost it now!

Can anyone please confirm that the last 6 down lights are all unclued?
I'm wondering if I inadvertantly chopped them off when I was printing off the grid.
They are 19, 21, 22, 24, 26 & 28.

The clues are all there TommyT! - I had the same thought at one point
