could also be Holloway Prison. as well as other suggestion wormwood scrubs.

fortifications are normally built to keep people out rather than in which is why i prefer 'Barbican Center' as answer to 3.

also Marble Arch does not have enough letters,that's why I suggested Scotch House (where ones from Elgin live)

ok, someone else suggested wormwood scrubs. But doesn't it apply to keep people in as well, safe?

i'm not saying i'm right,just saying why i prefer that answer.
The setter may have other ideas.
