16d appears to be The Paps of Danu. See below:
The Paps, located in the vicinity of Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland are a unique prehistoric monument. The mountains are probably several hundred feet high, and are part of the foothills to MacGillicudy's Reeks. The stone monuments on the summit are on the order of 20 to 50 feet in height.

The oral history of the region suggests that these monuments have long been known as the Paps of Danu.
