As an Inuit is an eskimo, an Inuit house would be an igloo

Why should it be igloo? I know they live in them in winter but how does it explain the rest of the clue?

could be an anagram of G (musical note) and OLIO (pasta dish) (savoury? er might be I suppose).

olio is also a Spanish spiced stew. that makes it a savoury mix I think. SO G and olio (cooked/anagram) = igloo.

thanks to you all for the igloo answer.
Now I need to know what is "Our house in north east Australia; such a long way away (4,4)" and
"Preparing to duel (4-2-4)". The answers are all names of places or dwellings.
