Please can anyone help with these two?

30a (RAF returning to this village would get send-off) - I have the letters E-E-L

57a (Every second counts in my long piece of meditation) - I have Y-G-S

Unless I've got something wrong, I can't find any words (or names) which fit for either.

30a) EWELL (In Surrey, I think) gives FARewell.

Village could be Ewell

The other looks like Yogic
