Apparently there is a 'Right of drip' in Law, which is an easement or servitude by which a man has the right to have the water flowing from his house fall on the land of his neighbour.

Can't do 18 down in this week's Mephisto, does teal-ark mean something? Or 21 down, nothing in my 1993 Chambers fits. Any ideas?
