It could be AT SEA but I can't explain it!

all at sea can mean being bewildered and lost.

Jamie The only explanation I can come up with is:-
One to = At (if one is to, you are At)
five parts = parts of fivE pArtS = giving the letters EAS anagram of sea
Lost = at sea
Someone may come up with a far better solution for the wordplay
